Exchange & Return Policy

Green Heaven is committed to supplying fresh stock at the time of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• The product seal must be intact and unopened.
• In case of an allergic reaction, a 50% refund will be provided (with a valid reason).
• For damaged items, send a photo to our WhatsApp support for assistance.

How to Return or Exchange

• Call Green Heaven Customer Support at +92 328 5920869 to initiate the return or exchange process.
• Our team will arrange pickup through an authorized courier service.
• Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed within 24 business hours.
• A PKR 500 deduction applies to refunds (not to exchanges).

Return & Exchange Timeframe

• Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, including the delivery day.
• To expedite the process, kindly provide a clear image of the parcel along with the attached delivery slip.

Change of Mind Policy

• Returns for products purchased due to a change of mind are not accepted.
